We were privileged to photograph the best of Perth’s hospitality industry at the glamorous Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence. Over 700 guests gathered in Burswood’s Grand Ballroom for the awards, and despite it being a Monday night, the atmosphere definitely felt like a Saturday. It was great to see so many deserving winners, I am getting hungry just thinking about it :)
Some of the many winners include Fraser’s Restaurant, which was awarded Metropolitan Restaurant of the Year and also Caterer of the Year. Chris Taylor from Fraser’s Restaurant also took out the Hall of Fame Award. The Regional Restaurant of the Year Award went to Lime 303, Dog Rock Motel. The Consumer Vote went to Cosmic Cocktails, the lifetime achiever was awarded to Tanis and Geoff Gosling from the Witch’s Cauldron and the top chef award went to the talented Stephen Clarke from Clarke’s of North Beach.
